This page explains what personal data this website handles, and how. It is short and specific because there is not much to say — if anything here is unclear, please contact us directly.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive data when you contact us: messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us gives us your phone number and what you write or say. Our host also records ordinary technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
What it is used for
Replying to your enquiry, arranging appointments, following up on your treatment, and keeping the records a medical practice must keep. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Third parties involved
Messages you send through WhatsApp are carried by Meta's service. Tapping a map or directions link takes you to Google Maps or Waze. The website itself is hosted by Netlify. Each of those handles data under its own policy, which we do not control.
Where the data sits
The website and its technical logs may be stored on servers outside Malaysia, on the hosting content network. Your patient records are kept at the clinic.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and follow up. Medical records are kept for as long as medical practice and professional requirements call for.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may access and correct your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it promptly.
Children
Patients under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who provides consent on their behalf.

We may update this page if the law or our services change. The version published here is always the current one.
